MANUFACTURING:     Opportunities exist at entry to senior levels of management. Manufacturing supervisors are responsible for planning and coordinating the production process from raw material to finish goods including quality control, scrap reduction, and machine and process development. Textile experience required. Experience in a QS9000 work environment preferred. Strong supervisory skills in a team environment.

QUALITY CONTROL: Applicants must hold technical degrees and have worked in a QS9000 work environment. Background in industry textiles preferred. Must possess strong interpersonal skills in forming teams with manufacturing personnel in ensuring quality is built into all phrases of production control.

SALES:    Experienced sale personnel supporting domestic and industrial sales. A minimum of 3 to 5 years aggressive sale experience. Assume current account responsibilities along with product and market development. A technical background in rubber, textile, or wire. Must be willing to travel. Language skills a plus: Italian, French and/or Spanish.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:     Inside domestic sales. Liaison with manufacturing/traffic in resolving customer service problems and attendance at trade shows. Technical degree preferred but not necessary.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY:    Networking with Windows and Linux.  Hardware and software troubleshooting. Background in Oracle 11i e-Business suite, Oracle Developer and Oracle 10g database is a plus. Technical degree. 

ACCOUNTING/FINANCE:    Entry level to senior staff accounting positions. Strong PC/system skills. Ability to work on multiple assignments. Cost accounting skills. Ability to work with limited supervision. Excellent interpersonal and troubleshooting skills.
   
ENGINEERING:    Seven to ten years experience in industrial textiles. Product development, process engineering, time studies, process design and development. Positions available in Electrical, Mechanical and Process Design.
